Varies	Most installations are finished in 1 working day We use trenchless pipe-pulling machines to install your underground sprinkler pipes. These machines leave only a small slice in your existing established sod or seed lawn that usually is fully "healed" within 1 - 2 weeks. Plumbing work is done to local Water Authority code specifications. This includes type "L" rigid copper pipe, type "K" soft copper pipe, contractor-grade copper fittings and valves, appropriate backflow prevention devices, and hot water heater expansion tanks where necessary. Installations are fully guaranteed for 1 year When we finish installing your system, our technician will "walk" you through the system, explaining as much (or as little) as you like about the time clock, the valve(s), and the sprinkler head(s) that have just been installed on your property.

$50	We specialize in Commercial system service, as well as residential. Our service technician(s) will test and inspect your system, focusing on the area(s) that you describe to us as needing attention. Even if you are unsure as to what exactly is wrong, our men will usually be able to pinpoint the problem(s) rapidly, through a series of field-tested professional troubleshooting techniques. When the problem is found, we will consult with you, describing the nature of the problem, as well as how much it will cost to repair. We will NOT proceed with any work till we receive your "OK."
Backflow Test
Price	Details
$45 & up	Our NYS certified Backflow Tester will thoroughly test your Double Check Valve. We will file all necessary paperwork with your Water provider upon passing test completion.
Winterization
Price	Details
$40 & up	Our service technician will blow the water out of your underground sprinkler pipes and valve manifold using a contractor-grade air compressor. We winterize systems so as to minimize the chances that the outdoor and underground components will suffer freeze damage.
Spring Turn On
Price	Details
$40 & up	Our service technician will inspect and open the main irrigation system water valve(s). Your sprinkler timer will be turned on, thoroughly checked, and re-programmed (if necessary). Your zones will be turned on, one at a time, and thoroughly inspected to make sure all heads and valves are in proper working order. Your system will be thoroughly inspected for leaks and pressure drops. If any repairs are required, we will thoroughly explain the problem(s)and repair costs to you, and we will NOT proceed with any repairs until we have received your "OK."
